Frequently Asked hire Questions

You can reserve equipment by emailing us or visiting our website and filling out a contact form. We will get back to you and ask a few more questions about your particular vehicle. 

A roof rack is often a three part system, the bars that go across your car, the feet that hold the bars on and a fitting kit . Fitting kits are unique to each model/ year of vehicle. It is important we have the correct kit available for you on your day of hire.

All Roof Racks ,cycle carries  and boxes are fitted and removed by us.

We are available to help via Email Monday - Friday.

We fit and remove hire equipment on Mondays & Fridays. On Bank Holidays we fit or remove on Tuesdays. 

We require a £40 deposit to secure your hire. The remaining balance is taken on the day of collection/fitting.

We accept cash, card or bank transfer. Payment of any balance is due at the time of fitting.

Yes, you can make changes to your reservation , if you are changing the vehicle you are bringing please give us as much notice as possible , sometimes we will need to order in a different fitting kit and this can take a few days.

Yes all of our hire products are made by Thule and are all lockable.

Some insurers classify a roof box as a modification. Please check with your individual insurer. If you fail to inform your insurer it may void your policy.
